I have been involved with many unique urban developments. I preleased Canada's first university mall at York Lanes. I was one of the original leasing agents at MetroNet Communications when telecommunication was deregulated in 1999 and helped build Canada's first fiber optic network in office towers in downtown Toronto. As a commercial realtor I assisted retailers and real estate developers find land, tenancies and locations to make their shopping center businesses successful. I leased Airport Square a new office complex in Mississauga, Hunters Point Plaza in Richmond Hill and many other unique properties. I anchored the Hunter's Point plaza with Canada's largest martial arts school in Canada, and the home of Canada's original Mixed Martial Arts fighters. I have have developed expertise in partial takings and appraisal valuations. I have supplemented my private market experience with public sector work in expropriation and infrastructure development. My concerns of climate change led me to training in LEED.
